Check in took a while, and gave out vouchers for breakfast. The rooms looked like they were renovated, and were quite clean. The rooms have no divider or separate room, so I would keep that in mind. Literally the BIGGEST pillows I've ever even seen. Good service overall and good breakfast.

Seriously recommend this hotel, the rooms are superb and the beds very comfortable. All the staff are caring and attentive ensuring you have everything you need. I really enjoy my time here and if staying in Queretaro would always choose this hotel.
Prices are great, rooms are nice, down side is the bathroom is very small, shower is not private, I stayed in a suite with 2 beds but when you shower you have no privacy, dress area is in the open area where the beds are
Great location with clean, modern rooms. Included breakfast has a couple options and was sufficient (2 types of fresh fruit, 2 types of juice, eggs with ham, refried beans, a couple types of bread, and an omelette station) but if you want variety, try other restaurants in the area (there are plenty). would stay again.

The abundance of attentive servers added to the positive atmosphere. Conveniently, the hotel offers tours from downstairs, and there's a bar for relaxing evenings. With a park across the street and easy access to downtown sites, Hotel Real Alameda provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The rooms at Hotel Real Alameda were impeccable, with cleanliness maintained to a high standard. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The option to have the room cleaned daily added a nice touch. The tranquility of the surroundings made it a very quiet stay, and the guest service was consistently attentive to every need, enhancing the overall experience.
Excellent hotel and very convenient to the Historical Center and other adventures. The restaurant is very convenient, service is excellent, very friendly and caring. Everyone was so nice and caring. We highly recomend it.
